Millions of men and women suffer from unattractive spider veins on their legs and faces. Spider and varicose veins can occur at any age, however more than 75% of females over the age of 18 have them. Their appearance can change the way your patient feels about themselves, the things they do and the way they dress.
This is a popular service to add to your existing practice not only because of the revenue ($200-$500 per treatment depending on demographic area) but because the treatments are mostly pain free and the results are very rewarding for your patients. New perspectives and technologies have resulted in treatment options that are safer, effective, fast and easy.
From Sclerotherapy to laser treatments, we offer the latest innovations in training for the treatment of spider and varicose veins, telangiectasias and recticular veins (blue feeder).
Our experienced physician instructor will cover venous anatomy and pathophysiology, injection techniques, laser treatments, ultrasound guided treatments, supplies and sclerosing agents (including foam) needed and where to purchase, complications, contraindications and standards of care. There will be a short introduction and video reviewing Endovenous Laser Therapy (EVLT), Ambulatory Phlebectomy and Venous Ultrasound. Our small group hands-on training, consists of treating live patients with laser treatments along with some of the newest sclerosants (including foam).
Upon completion of this course, we will present you with a CD that includes treatment consents, sample patient chart forms, references for supplies and solutions, treatment protocols and more.
For the first time, American Medical Training is pleased to offer a limited opportunity for up to 6 practitioners to receive individual personalized training in Sclerotherapy.American Medical Training heard our CME workshop attendees when they asked for additional personalized individual training in the nuances of Sclerotherapy techniques.
